Перший день навчального візиту до Бельгії в межах співпраці з Enabel

Ми щойно розпочали наш навчальний візит до Бельгії. Сьогодні — перша ознайомча зустріч. І перед тим, як говорити про політики, підходи та системні рішення у сфері зайнятості, які презентували бельгійські колеги, хочемо сказати головне:

Це не лише про реформу ринку праці. Це — про людей.

Україна сьогодні бореться не тільки за свободу, а й за збереження свого людського капіталу.

Ми вже втратили мільйони — через еміграцію, мобілізацію, війну. І водночас — бачимо, як світ змагається за наших фахівців, молодь, експертів. Бо українці — це цінність.

І поки інші держави створюють умови — маємо чесно відповісти собі:

А які умови створюємо ми? Які рішення пропонуємо? І для кого?

Війна чітко показала: стара система не працює. Її не врятують «латання» чи найкращі практики, якщо ми просто копіюємо — без розуміння, без контексту, без бачення.

Те, що ми почули сьогодні — це не просто інструменти реформ. Це — зміна логіки мислення.

• Коли служба зайнятості стає не установою, а координатором змін.

• Коли профорієнтація починається не з безробітного, а з дитини.

• Коли система не намагається змінити людину, а вчиться працювати з її унікальністю.

Ми, як представниці Ліги ділових та професійних жінок України, точно знаємо:

Україна не має права втрачати ще. І не має права повторювати старе.

Ми тут — не у відрядженні. Ми — у пошуку рішень.

Рішень, які не просто змінюють процедури, а формують нову реальність — людяну, справедливу, економічно стійку.

Бо ті, хто сьогодні на передовій, мають знати: ми тримаємо тил — і тримаємо напрямок.

А ті, хто думає, що майбутнє вже вирішене — мають зрозуміти:

Майбутнє не копіюється. Воно створюється. І створюється тими, хто не зупиняється.

Day one of our study visit to Belgium in partnership with Enabel

We’ve just launched our study visit to Belgium. Today was the first introductory meeting.

But before we dive into the policies and practices presented by our Belgian colleagues, we want to start with the most important point:

This is not just about the labor market. This is about people.

Ukraine is fighting not only for its freedom, but also for the preservation of its human capital.

We have already lost millions — through emigration, mobilization, and war.

At the same time, the world is competing for our professionals, young people, and experts. Because Ukrainians are valuable.

While other countries are creating conditions — we must honestly ask ourselves:

What conditions are we creating? What solutions do we offer? And for whom?

The war has exposed the truth: the old system no longer works.

It cannot be fixed with patches — not even with the best international practices,

if those practices are copied without real understanding or context.

What we heard today was not just about reforms.

It was about a shift in mindset:

• When employment services become not just institutions, but coordinators of change

• When career guidance starts not with the unemployed adult, but with the child

• When systems stop reshaping the person — and start adapting to their uniqueness

As representatives of the League of Business and Professional Women of Ukraine, we know this for sure:

Ukraine cannot afford to lose more. And cannot afford to repeat the past.

We are here not on a business trip — but on a mission to find solutions.

Solutions that don’t just improve procedures — but build a new reality: humane, fair, and economically resilient.

Because those on the frontlines must know: we’re holding the line at home — and holding the direction.

And those who think the future has already been decided must understand:

The future cannot be copied. It must be created. And it will be created by those who don’t give up.
